Refund policy
Refunds and Replacements
Because fresh flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements when there is an issue with the condition or accuracy of your order.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition
- The incorrect item was delivered
- Stems are missing or the bouquet does not reasonably match the description
- The flowers fail to last at least 48 hours with proper care
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the flowers and packaging
This information allows us to review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:
- Damage occurring after delivery, including lack of water or proper care
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Allergic reactions or personal preferences after delivery
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Natural variations in color, size, or stage of bloom
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. After this point, preparation and harvesting may have already begun, and cancellations are no longer possible.
